• About the company Dyncorp international • Dyncorp in international company, has plenty Department f Company awesome company Responsible company for Employees, • Industry Logistics 군수계획 • Job Category : Developer (Front, Backend, Fullstack) • Job Title : Software Engineer - Backend • Experience Level: Mid-level (up to 8 years) 5-8년 경력 • Preferred Korean language proficiency : No preference 상관없음 • Work location : On-location 현장근무 가능 • Type of contract : Fulltime 정규직 • Salary Range (monthly) : KRW1,500,001 - 3,000,000 / 150 - 300만원 • Responsibilities: • Inspecting goods received and ensuring they are of accurate quantity and type. materials Quality • Responsible for the day to day check on the storage facilities for upkeep and hygiene.  Responsible to verify all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase, delivery note and agreed quantity has been received. • Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly levels. • Monitor and take inventory on regular basis o compile orders based on par levels or needs. • Monitor PAR levels for all food items to ensure proper levels. • Responsible for food storage of both food &beverage and operational stock , • Storage all the food items should be 6inch out of the floor • Every day checking FIFO, FIFE, LIFO, • Every four hours checking the chiller Freezer and Ambient Temperature • Always following PPE (Personal Protect Equipment) • Making sure that all the physical inventory processes are completed in the same day • Preparing orders by processing requests, pulling orders, packing boxes and transporting packages to the shipping area. • Loading and unloading Lorries, vans and other vehicles. • Packaging and labeling products before they are dispatched. • Maintaining and servicing warehouse tools, machinery and trucks. • Labeling goods that have arrived at the warehouse. • Welcoming and helping clients who visit the branch. • Contacting transport companies and coordinating dispatch and delivery with them. • Moving and organizing stock. • Supervising the work of junior staff. • Ensuring a clean and safe workhouse for staff to work in. • Signing off and replenishing stock. • Using mechanical handling equipment i.e forklift and pallet jacks to move goods around. • Monitoring stock levels. • Accurately updating all data into computer and manual recording system. • Receiving and inspecting all incoming materials and reconcile them with the purchase order. • Reporting damages and discrepancies on orders received. • Fills and confirms supply requisitions and delivers orders to staff and departments. • Receives and Stores confidential documents. • Ships canceled and damaged items back to the vendor as appropriate. • Handles and documents storage and transportation of hazardous materials. • Trains and directs new employees. • Ensuring that safety is practiced at all times. • Perform other duties as required. • monthly & yearly food materials forecast. • inventory implements in monthly basis • Reporting damages and discrepancies on orders received. • Contact: lakshmangreat@ymail.com, lakshmangreat@gmail.com
