Responsibilities: ## Role Summary We are looking for a passionate and driven Growth Marketing Manager to take ownership of multiple marketing campaigns across a variety of customer acquisition channels, to drive subscriber- and revenue growth. As this is a growth-focused role, you will need to have a deep understanding of growth marketing, conversion rate optimization, conversion funnels, and preferably of product-led growth. If you are not familiar with these then this role isn’t for you. In this role, you will work in our Marketing team and collaborate cross-functionally, to identify and leverage growth opportunities throughout the customer journey. And plan, execute and iterate on new and existing growth marketing campaigns. You are motivated by ambitious revenue goals, you continuously strive to optimize and iterate on your growth campaign, and you are always on the lookout for new growth opportunities. You may work remotely from any timezone or from our office in Seoul, South Korea. If you work remotely we do require at least 4 working hours that overlaps with our office hours 10 AM - 7 PM KST, so preferably you live in Asia or Europe timezone. ## Responsibilities - Help define and iterate on ProtoPie’s growth strategy, focusing on social media ads and email marketing, to acquire new users and convert them into paying customers. - Manage, optimize, and grow our paid social acquisition channels, e.g. Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, etc. - Ideate, plan, and execute both automated and manual email marketing campaigns to convert users into paying customers and maximize retention. - Identify new growth channels and growth opportunities, and optimize and grow them efficiently. - Set up data-driven growth initiatives to optimize all parts of the funnel, from acquisition and activation all the way to conversion and retention. - Work closely with other marketers and members in the Growth division to plan, iterate and improve on your growth marketing campaigns and then take ownership of the execution and evaluation to ensure meaningful results aligned with the business objectives. ## Requirements - 3+ years of growth marketing experience in a startup and B2B/Enterprise SaaS setting. - Fluent English communication skills (writing and verbal). - Highly proficient with social media ads, e.g. Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. - Highly proficient with email marketing tools, e.g. Drip, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc. - Highly proficient with analytics tools, e.g. Google Analytics, Amplitude, Hotjar, etc. - You are a full-stack growth marketer. But your core expertise is within social media ads and email marketing. - Proven track record of meaningful growth marketing results. - Ability to both strategize and execute, and eager to take ownership of new projects and campaigns. - Deep understanding of growth metrics and product-led growth. ## Plus - Based in South Korea, or with working hours overlapping KST timezone. - Native English speaker. - Fluent Korean communication skills (writing and verbal). - Experience with content writing for email marketing and ad copy. - Experience with Google Ads. - Experience with SEO.
