Salary Range (monthly): KRW3,000,001 - 5,000,000 / 300 - 500만원
Develop marketing strategies, take overall responsibility for a marketing budget, and formulate clear and measurable key performance indicators
Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to enhance brand awareness
Set current and long-term goals for Viana’s marketing team - prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly
Create, monitor and improve the performance of each marketing channel to help maximize key performance indicators
Market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth and forecast the business trend of the marketing department
Tracking competitors’ activities
Lead, develop and manage social media strategies and manage social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to increase followers, engagement and new customers
Lead, develop and manage cohesive online marketing activities, print promotional materials, such as location signs, brochures, etc.
Works closely with the sales team to understand sales goals and to develop tailored marketing plans, execute and evaluate.
Prepare analysis of under-performing categories to discern trends, challenges and opportunities
Set and administer an annual marketing budget
Proven experience as a marketing manager/director, preferably in e-commerce business
Proven leadership skills
Strong international market knowledge and perspective along with a deep understanding of marketing landscape
Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw meaningful insights from the metrics to inform current and future strategies
Data-driven and creative, with the ability to balance the two to achieve maximum results
Full working proficiency in English
Excellent project management skills
Entrepreneurial and self-motivated collaborator with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field
