We are looking for an experienced demand planner who will be responsible for developing an accurate demand forecast while maintaining the optimal duration and level of warehouse inventory. You will be a crucial member of our supply chain team, supporting the development, implementation and management of the best in practice strategy and be responsible for the quality of the supply chain service in relation with business units. Our proactive demand planner is a self-starter who has the ability to set priorities and make decisions in a dynamic work environment.

Responibilities
Oversee planning process and collaborate cross-functional teams (sales, marketing and finance) to deliver better forecast and optimized fulfillment plan
Forecast future demand and prepare purchase plans within the budget; build demand plan per month / quarter / year
Daily communication with suppliers for quality assurance, cost and to expedite production
Create and implement new process and system to improve forecast accuracy and inventory quality
Review and manage inventory targets and value; safety stock/stocking policy and minimum order quantities
Analyze shortage, excess and obsolete inventory and propose action plan to management
Monitor and drive attainment of demand and supply planning KPIs against annual target
Identify and escalates supply issues to the team and the management to ensure best in class supply performance enabling business growth and supply continuity
Identify opportunities with having initiatives and proactive manner for greater efficiency and effectiveness
Required Skills
3+ years of experience in demand planning
Solid understanding of inventory management practices and cost analysis
Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Must have advanced knowledge of MS Excel
Experience with a forecast tool is preferred
Fluent in English
Preferred Skills
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field
Marketing experience in beauty industry
