ProtoPie is looking for a new Customer Success Manager to strengthen our Customer Success team.
Customer Success plays a key role at ProtoPie. As we are embracing a customer-centric culture, we aim to interact and empathize with all users in a warm, natural way; while being proactive and trying to anticipate their needs and concerns. In short, in whatever we do, we set up our users for success with ProtoPie.
You'll have different responsibilities regarding customer success including helping out users and (technical) content writing. Also, you'll be involved with cross-functional projects involving other teams.
Qualifications & Desirable Candidates
Native or fluent English communication skills (writing and verbal).
Native or fluent Korean communication skills (writing and verbal).
2+ years experience with customer success in a SaaS company.
Experience with (technical) content writing and the track record to prove it.
Strong empathy and attention to detail.
Multi-cultural and global mindset to deal with users all over the world.
