Responsibilities: ⚡About This Position You'll work closely with the account team and lead all our creative efforts from pitches, conceptualization of creative ideas to final delivery across various forms of digital mediums for our clients' projects. - Develop original ideas and concepts that answer project briefs our clients' business needs. - Produce creative solutions that meet the agency’s standards of creative excellence while achieving the client’s goals.☑️Essentials - 5+ years of working experience in a creative or marketing agency setting. - Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience with branding, including brand research, strategy, and communication in branding or creative agency settings. - Must be able to take feedback and help find creative solutions to not only design challenges but business problems. - Must be able to collaborate with other departments to support processes, increase efficiency, and maintain a positive work culture across the agency. - Experience directing and overseeing other creative professionals such as photographers, videographers, motion graphic designers and etc. - Understanding of agency process and ask direct and relevant questions pertaining to timing, content, or creative direction. - Strong presentation skills - one must understand how to put together a compelling pitch from the creative side and be comfortable sharing and defending the creative choice made for the work. - Perfectionistic attention to detail and must be able to handle a fast-paced, demanding workload with tight timelines.
